3 wheeler! The two rear wheels and motor always remain flat on the road surface while the seat and front forks articulate to lean into the curve. Not an off road vehicle--this one is actually registered for strret use. It's a blue smoker with a whopping 49cc's. Top speed is around 50 m.p.h. downhill--a very long and steep downhill. On level it will do the quarter-mile in 7.5..... minutes! Original cost $850. Last offer $3500 from a collector. So much for the phrase that "RiceBurners don't hold their value!"
